观点网讯：1月7日，新鸿基地产旗下香港新界项目“SIERRA SEA”第2A期首批累计收到超过3.2万张购房意向登记，以本周六（10日）推售213套房源计算，超额认购超过149倍。
据悉，该项目本周六推售共262套房源，其中213套以价单形式发售，其余49套则以招标形式推售。
