周三炼油商和油轮类股票在纽约时段上涨，之前美国表示计划控制委内瑞拉未来的石油销售，并计划将该国多达5000万桶石油移交给美国。
美国还将减少对该国的部分制裁。
炼油股中：Phillips 66上涨2.2%；Valero Energy涨4.1%；马拉松石油涨1.9%。
油轮股：Teekay Tankers涨7.5%；Nordic American Tankers涨4.5%；DHT Holdings涨5.1%；Frontline涨7.0%；Scorpio Tankers涨5.2%。
