智通财经APP讯，美邦服饰(002269.SZ)公告，公司控股股东上海华服投资有限公司(简称“华服投资”)于2026年1月7日与台州新盟企业管理咨询合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“台州新盟”)签署了《股份转让协议》，拟将其持有公司1.97亿股股份，占公司总股本7.90%，以1.76元/股的价格，通过协议转让的方式转让给台州新盟。
