1月7日，北斗星通公告称，职工董事王建茹计划减持不超过5046股（0.0009%），副总经理张智超、黄磊、李阳、姚文杰分别计划减持不超过15,000股（0.0028%）、12,604股（0.0023%）、17,588股（0.0032%）、15,000股（0.0028%），减持方式均为集中竞价交易，减持原因为个人资金需求，减持期间为公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内。
