1月7日，宝新能源公告称，公司实际控制人叶华能收到广东证监局下发的《行政处罚决定书》，决定对叶华能给予警告，并处以200万元罚款；没收违法所得25,542,921.61元，并处罚款1000万元。据悉，广东证监局同时对宁远喜下发了《行政处罚决定书》。
