北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）1月7日，陕西金融监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，永诚财产保险股份有限公司陕西分公司、西安中心支公司及相关责任人员，因未按规定使用经批准或备案的条款费率、编制虚假的财务报表，陕西金融监管局对永诚财险陕西分公司罚款20万元，对永诚财险西安中心支公司罚款27万元；对毕瀚文警告并罚款2万元，对武威警告并罚款3万元。
