人民财讯1月7日电，鸿博股份(002229)1月7日公告，公司全资子公司鸿博昊天科技有限公司（简称“鸿博昊天”）自2026年1月8日起将停止原印刷业务的生产经营，处置相关生产设备，并启动后续鸿博昊天业务转型工作。本次停产不会对公司在核心业务领域的正常经营与布局以及持续经营能力造成重大不利影响。
