据黑猫投诉，近日，消费者胡先生（化名）入住成都春熙路福朋喜来登酒店的“天际景观套房”，刚进浴室就看到墙壁上爬满了30多只活飞虫，虫体还在蠕动。 随后胡先生联系了酒店，值班经理口头道歉并提出补偿10000积分和一盒茶叶。据查，胡先生入住的“天际景观套房”价格约为1400-1600元一晚。
