上证报中国证券网讯(记者李雁争)1月7日，美克家居涨停，实现3连板，报3.88元。
消息面上，美克家居近日发布公告，公司拟发行股份及支付现金收购万德溙100%股权并配套募资，交易完成后将新增铜缆高速互连相关的研发、生产及销售业务。公司股票1月5日开市起复牌，开盘即涨停。
