人民财讯1月7日电，潜能恒信(300191)1月7日公告，截至目前，公司的海外全资公司智慧石油已完成QK18-9-7井的井位部署论证、钻井地质设计、钻井工程设计、海况调查、相关海上钻探作业许可手续办理、钻前生产组织等钻前准备工作，该井于2026年1月7日正式启航出海开展钻井作业。
