品玩1月7日讯，据xAI官方消息，xAI现已完成超额认购的E轮融资，募资总额达200亿美元，远超原定150亿美元目标。
本轮融资由Valor Equity Partners、Stepstone Group、Fidelity、卡塔尔投资局、MGX及Baron Capital Group等参与，NVIDIA与Cisco Investments作为战略投资者继续支持其全球最大GPU集群建设。
2025年，xAI建成Colossus I与II超算，部署超百万H100 GPU当量算力，并推出Grok 4系列、Grok Voice、Grok Imagine等多模态产品，月活用户达6亿。目前Grok 5已进入训练阶段，新一轮资金将用于基础设施扩展、产品研发及“理解宇宙”核心使命推进。
