上证报中国证券网讯 凯众股份1月6日晚发布公告，公司已于近日在摩洛哥相关部门完成子公司的注册手续，摩洛哥子公司注册名称为SKZ POLYTECH MOROCCO SARLAU，注册资本1,500,000欧元，为Carthane International(Hongkong)Limited（系凯众香港全资子公司）持有100%股权。经营范围为聚氨酯材料产品及汽车零部件的开发、生产、销售。（高毅）
