河南省文化和旅游厅就《关于加快构建现代文旅产业体系 推动文旅强省建设的实施方案（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见。其中提出，推动商文旅融合发展，坚持文化引流、商业变现、旅游延展，大力发展夜间经济、首发经济等，培育发展大型文商体旅综合体，积极申办（创办）国际和国家级商业活动，依托胖东来、蜜雪冰城等商业品牌打造20个商文旅融合消费新场景。
