据上海市政府办公厅介绍，2025年，上海市各区、各部门推进企业服务精准高效，优化惠企政策全流程闭环管理，截至12月底，“免申即享”“直达快享”占比分别近50%、90%，财政资金最快24小时兑付到账。市区两级共709个政策项目实现“免申即享”，服务企业超628万次。法人可扫一扫进入“随申兑”查询名下企业政策红利年报。
