1月6日，大家财险官网公告，为支持改善资产结构，保持偿付能力充足，加快业务经营转型，公司拟增加注册资本15亿元。本次增资由现股东大家保险集团以自有资金认缴，增资后公司注册资本将达到55亿元，大家保险集团持股比例100%，保持不变。
