格隆汇1月6日丨汇舸环保(02613.HK)宣布，舒华东已辞任公司公司秘书，并不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下规定之公司授权代表以及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部及上市规则第19.05(2)条项下所规定之代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知书之授权代表，均自2026年1月6日起生效。
