1月5日，成都住房公积金管理中心发布通知，明确购房提取代际互助政策延续至2026年12月31日。根据新规，成都公积金缴存人在成都市行政区域内新购住房，除本人及配偶可提取公积金外，其父母、子女也可在购房一年内申请提取一次，商品住房以合同备案登记日为准，再交易住房以不动产权证书登记日为准。（来源：中房网）
