根据规定，春节9天假中，法定节假日为2月16日（除夕）至19日（初三），用人单位安排劳动者在这4天加班的，应支付不低于3倍的工资，且不能以补休替代。2月15日（小年夜）、2月20日（初四）至23日（初七），这5天用人单位安排劳动者加班，而又不能安排补休的，应支付不低于2倍的工资。
