12月31日，黄岛区2025年土地征收成片开发方案获批复，方案拟征收土地面积32.0235公顷，其中农用地26.9547公顷（耕地10.7897公顷）、建设用地5.0688公顷、未利用地0公顷。要求遵循土地要素跟着项目走的原则，优先保障民生、基础设施项目用地，严格落实节约集约用地要求，进一步提高土地利用效益。
