1月6日，上海有2宗涉宅用地出让，分别位于浦东新区和闵行区，最终均底价成交，总成交金额45.7亿元。其中，浦东新区地块由越秀以底价25.61亿元竞得，成交楼面价38035元/㎡；闵行区地块由紫江集团以底价20.09亿元竞得，成交综合楼面价33440元/㎡。
