1月5日上午，香港法院驳回针对融创中国的清盘呈请。此前，融创中国在港交所公告，全面境外债务重组的所有先决条件均已达成，重组生效日期已于2025年12月23日落实。公司约96亿美元的现有债务已获全面解除及免除。2025年1月，融创中国收到中国信达（香港）资产管理有限公司在香港对公司提出的清盘呈请。其后，香港高等法院多次将清盘呈请聆讯延后，直至2026年1月5日。
