1月5日报道，成都成华区一处曾因“非正常死亡事件”被标记为“凶宅”的房产，于2025年11月首次以26.6万元起拍，经历40轮竞价后以105.6万元成交。
仅一个半月后，该房产将于2026年1月6日再次上架拍卖，起拍价仍为26.6万元。房屋位于双庆路某小区，建筑面积89.70平方米，精装修，临近地铁与万象城商圈，市场评估价约165万元。（潮新闻）
