第一百三十四条【治安处罚与政务处分衔接】 公安机关作出治安管理处罚决定，发现被处罚人是公职人员，依照《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》的规定需要给予政务处分的，应当依照有关规定及时通报监察机关等有关单位。
本条是2025年修订的《治安管理处罚法》增加的规定。
