海象新材公告称，公司于2025年3月拟使用自有资金和/或股票回购专项贷款，以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，用于股权激励和/或员工持股计划。回购金额不低于2500万元且不超过5000万元，回购价不超22元/股，因权益分派，价格上限调为21.40元/股。截至2025年12月31日，公司已回购48,200股，占总股本0.05%，最高成交价20元/股，最低19.40元/股，成交总金额955,120元。公司将继续实施回购计划并及时披露。
