荃银高科公告称，中种集团于2025年12月3日披露要约收购报告书，以11.85元/股的价格，向除自身外的公司全体股东要约收购189,466,350股，占总股本20%，要约收购期限为2025年12月4日至2026年1月5日。截至1月5日，要约收购期限届满。因收购结果待确认，公司股票自1月6日开市起停牌，将在要约收购结果公告日开市起复牌。
