人民财讯1月5日电，新日股份(603787)1月5日公告，公司拟将全资子公司浙江新日电动车有限公司（简称“浙江新日”）80%股权转让给浙江鑫日新材料有限公司（简称“鑫日新材料”），经双方协商一致，确定股权转让价款为4551.06万元。本次交易完成后，浙江新日将不再纳入公司合并报表。
