中顺洁柔公告称，公司拟使用自有和自筹资金回购股份用于员工持股或股权激励，回购资金总额调整为不低于1.60亿元、不超过2.10亿元，回购价格不超9.77元/股，实施期限至2026年4月1日。截至2025年12月31日，公司累计回购股份2549.47万股，占总股本1.98%，成交总金额1.94亿元。其中2300万股已于2025年9月9日过户至第四期员工持股计划专用账户，剩余249.47万股仍在回购专用账户。
