1月5日，中原银行（01216）发布公告，近日已获得国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局的批准，周锋的行长任职资格已获核准。
根据公告，周锋自2025年12月31日起担任公司行长，任期至公司第三届董事会换届时止。公告指出，周锋于2025年11月10日被选举为公司第三届董事会副董事长，尚待监管局的进一步批准。
