财联社1月4日电，北京正式发布《关于加强卓越工程师队伍建设的若干措施》，推出五大方面18条具体举措，从产教融合载体搭建、后备人才培育、人才集聚引育到成长发展激励形成“全链条”支持体系。《措施》提出，支持高校在创新联合体实施工程硕博士培养改革专项试点，实行“高校学习+联合体实践”的培养方式。
