新京报贝壳财经讯 1月4日，昇兴股份公告，公司于2016年参与发起设立海峡人寿保险股份有限公司，但至今未取得国家金融监督管理总局的设立批准。公司决定退出该发起设立事项，不再对海峡人寿进行投资入股。此次退出不会对公司生产经营和未来发展产生不利影响。
