《科创板日报》4日讯，SK海力士将于2027年3月在其位于龙仁半导体产业集群的生产基地启用首个洁净室，比原计划提前约两个月，为扩张DRAM产能做准备。据悉，该集群是下一代DRAM内存生产基地，其产能包括高带宽内存（HBM），目前正在建设中。 (TheElec)
