一、严禁在自然水域冰钓、捕捞。
二、严禁在冰面溜冰、划冰车、骑行、漂移等。
三、严禁在冰面穿行、嬉戏、玩耍。
四、严禁盲目施救，一旦发现溺水，及时呼救、报警，科学救援。
