北京时间1月3日，天津津门虎官方更新社媒，宣布球队开启新赛季前的冬训。
天津津门虎官方写道：“今天，津门虎队在海口集结，正式开启新赛季的备战工作。
新的赛季，新的挑战；为了天津，永远进攻！”
上赛季，天津津门虎队在30轮联赛中获得12胜8平，积44分，获得了中超联赛的第6名。据博主 透露，上赛季效力于梅州客家队的季胜攀已经来到津门虎队内进行试训。
