元旦假期，不少市民和游客来到哈尔滨冰灯艺术游园会，观赏栩栩如生的冰雕作品。园区打造冰雪景观310余处，举办多项冰雕赛事，展现出深厚的冰雪文化底蕴。哈尔滨冰灯艺术游园会诞生于1963年，至今已有62年历史。
