北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）1 月 2 日，北京商报记者从国家企业信用信息公示系统获悉，近日宏胜集团法定代表人由郑群娣变更为宗馥莉。此外，高级管理人员备案也发生了变更，郑群娣从高级管理人员备案名单中退出，宗馥莉担任宏胜集团的董事和经理。
