当地时间1月1日凌晨，瑞士瓦莱州克朗-蒙大拿滑雪胜地一家酒吧发生爆炸起火，已造成约40人死亡、115人受伤，其中多数伤者情况严重。死伤者主要为在该酒吧庆祝新年的年轻人。
瑞士官方表示已基本排除恐怖袭击可能，初步判断为意外事故。中国驻瑞士使馆确认暂未收到中国公民伤亡报告。瑞士联邦宣布全国降半旗五天哀悼，称这是该国数十年来最严重的灾难之一
