土库曼斯坦总统 Serdar Berdimuhamedow 于 2025 年 11 月下旬签署的新法律已于 1 月 1 日生效，正式允许加密货币挖矿和加密交易所运营。法律规定，加密挖矿（包括矿池）在当地合法，非土库曼斯坦居民在完成注册后亦可参与；在土库曼斯坦设立的加密交易所需取得许可，并落实 KYC/AML 要求及冷存储规范。同时，新法明确，加密资产在土库曼斯坦不被视为法定货币、货币形式或证券。（Cointelegraph）
