北京商报讯（记者 李晗）2026年1月1日，中指研究院发布数据显示，2025年百城新建住宅价格累计上涨2.58%。分季度来看，前三季度累计分别上涨0.52%、0.64%、0.47%。进入四季度，部分核心城市高端楼盘入市节奏加快，带动价格累计上涨0.93%。
