2025年11月28日，射击运动国家级教练田红和她的儿子付义涵，均被一审法院判处走私武器罪，分别获刑10年和6年，并处罚金。
近日，红星新闻记者从田红的二审代理律师聂敏处获悉，田红上诉请求撤销一审判决，将案件发回重审或改判上诉人无罪。（红星新闻）
