智通财经APP讯，中国健康科技集团(01069)公布，由于有关重选凌锋教授为执行董事的决议案及有关重选郭中隆先生为独立非执行董事的决议案于股东周年大会上未获通过，凌锋教授将于股东周年大会结束时退任执行董事，而郭中隆先生将于股东周年大会结束时退任独立非执行董事。
自2025年12月31日起，凌锋教授已辞任董事会主席职务， 毕雪女士已获委任为主席。
