12月30日，中炬高新（600872）发布公告，计划以集中竞价方式回购股份，回购资金总额不低于3亿元且不超过6亿元，回购价格上限为26元/股，预计回购股份数量在1154万股至2308万股，占总股本的1.48%至2.96%。
2025年前三季度，中炬高新实现收入31.56亿元，归母净利润3.80亿元。
