百洋医药公告，公司已与北京百洋家健康管理有限公司签署《股权转让协议》，将持有的北京五维康科技有限公司40.0465%股权以5746.16万元的价格转让给百洋家健康。五维康已办理完成相关工商变更登记手续，本次交易已完成交割，公司不再持有五维康股权。
