*ST新研12月30日公告，公司重整计划已执行完毕，公司因被法院裁定受理重整而触及的退市风险警示情形已经消除，公司已向深交所申请撤销因被法院裁定受理重整而触及的退市风险警示。如深交所同意公司撤销因被法院受理重整而实施的退市风险警示，公司仍因触及《上市规则》10.3.1第（二）项规定，公司股票简称仍为“*ST新研”。
