12月30日，华银电力（600744）发布公告，公司耒阳分公司拟报废处置部分环保设备，本次报废处理固定资产原值为1.17亿元，报废固定资产净值为4584万元。
经过专业人员鉴定，这些环保设备已无法满足当前生产运营需求，且其更新改造及运行维护成本较高，符合报废标准。此次固定资产报废预计影响公司2025年度损益约4500万元。
2025年前三季度，华银电力实现收入63.62亿元，归母净利润3.57亿元。
