格隆汇12月30日丨德昌股份(605555.SH)公布，截至本公告日，公司首次公开发行股票募集资金投资项目“年产150万台家电产品生产线技术改造项目”已达到预定可使用状态，公司拟将该项目进行结项并将节余募集资金2,657.17万元（最终金额以募集资金专户转入自有资金账户当日实际金额为准）永久补充流动资金。
