12月30日，东风科技（600081）发布公告，公司的孙公司东风（武汉）电驱动系统有限公司与马瑞利汽车零部件（无锡）有限公司达成和解。
根据和解协议，被告东风武汉电驱应向原告马瑞利汽车零部件支付货款及部分案件受理费，合计906万元，截至公告披露日，已支付相关货款及案件受理费合计906万元。
2025年前三季度，东风科技实现收入48.83亿元，归母净利润2236万元。
