四方新材公告称，因与重建第一市政公司买卖合同纠纷，公司诉讼请求其支付货款、资金占用损失及相关费用，暂合计979.15万元。2025年12月29日双方签署《执行和解协议》，重建第一市政将分两期支付剩余货款及受理费。自2024年10月10日至2025年4月1日，公司涉84起诉讼、仲裁，本金2.22亿元；2025年9月2日后新增49项，涉资1.34亿元。因部分案件未完结，暂无法判断对公司利润的影响。
