12月30日，无锡银行（600908）发布公告，本行在全国银行间债券市场成功发行了2025年二级资本债券（第一期）。
本期债券于2025年12月25日簿记建档，并于2025年12月29日完成缴款，发行总规模为10亿元，为10年期固定利率债券，票面利率为2.53%，并在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权。募集资金将用于补充公司的二级资本。
