华昌达（300278）发布公告，公司于2025年12月29日召开董事会，审议通过了《关于对外投资购买资产的议案》。公司计划通过其美国全资子公司Dearborn Holding Company, LLC以不超过1000万美元（约7,000.00余万元人民币）购买墨西哥的Industrias Metalicas Elfer S. de R.L. de C.V（简称“Elfer公司”）及Gishner INC（吉什纳公司）的部分资产。此次投资旨在加强公司海外业务发展及行业竞争力。
2025年前三季度，华昌达实现收入17.79亿元，归母净利润1191万元。
