财联社12月29日电，软银集团12月29日宣布，已就收购DigitalBridge达成最终协议，本次收购总企业价值约为40亿美元。根据协议条款，软银集团将以每股16.00美元的现金价格间接收购DigitalBridge全部流通普通股，本次交易价格较DigitalBridge公司12月26日收盘价溢价15%，较2025年12月4日的52周平均收盘价溢价50%。交易完成后，DigitalBridge将继续作为独立运营平台运作，由Marc Ganzi领导。本次交易预计将于2026年下半年完成。
